Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026. These terms cover the OneeMart & Co partner desk.

1. The program

OneeMart & Co runs an affiliate program for its shop at shop.oneemartandco.in. If we accept you, you may share tracked shop links and a personal coupon. You earn commission on sales attributed to your last click. A coupon is used only when there is no click.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older, give a real name and phone number and keep payout details current. We may refuse or close an account at any time if it looks fake, abusive or harmful to the brand.

3. How you get paid

• Commission is your rate — usually 10% — of what the customer pays after every discount. Discounts are applied later, at checkout, not on the listed price. That includes your coupon, a sale price and any other code.
• You may put a discount on your coupon up to your commission rate. The discount lowers what they pay. You still earn your full rate on that lower amount.
• The last click within 30 days wins, even if the customer uses another partner’s coupon or none. Commission stays on hold until 10 days after the order is delivered, then you may request a payout.
• We pay UPI, PayPal or bank transfer to the details on your desk. Minimum payout is ₹5,000 for UPI and bank and $100 for PayPal.

4. What you must not do

• Buy through your own link or coupon (self-referral).
• Bid on OneeMart & Co brand words in ads or send spam or fake traffic.
• Change prices, impersonate staff or use the brand in a way we have not approved.
• Share another partner’s code as your own.

5. Coupons and the shop

When you save a coupon, we create or update it in the OneeMart & Co shop. Shop links never auto-apply it, so a customer can add or remove the code. If you change the code, the old one is removed. The shop remains owned by OneeMart & Co. Product stock, shipping and refunds follow the shop’s own rules.

6. Closing an account

You may stop promoting at any time. To close the desk you type the email on the account and confirm a one-time code we send there. After confirmation we keep the account for 48 hours. You may cancel in that window. If you do not, the desk is permanently deleted, including the shop coupon. Unpaid holding commission may be voided if orders are refunded or if we close the account for a terms breach. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
